Its as simple as this, when laura left Shark casino everything went downhill. This casino has gone from very bad to excellent and right back to bad again. I will say that the live support is always helpful but it pretty well ends there. There latest stunt was to close all Canadian accounts due to the USA gambling ban. There really is not much more of a kick in the ass than a casino basicly telling you they have locked your account because you live to close to the USA.
